Instructions:
*Cut Elastic to desired length
*Trim meshing and fluff flowers
(the dryer on low heat with a wet cloth for a few minutes works great)
*Assemble flowers the way you want them
*Glue the elastic ends together, you may lightly burn them with a lighter to prevent fraying
*Glue the flowers to the top part of the elastic
*Use a felt circle to sandwich the elastic between the flowers this covers any glue drips.

0-6 mos : 13"
6-12mos: 14"
1-3yr: 15"-16"
3-12yr: 17" -18"
Teen-Adult: 18" - 20"
