RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY
**RETURNS
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an error or defect on our item. . If this should occur. You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package for return authorization. A store credit or exchange may be offered. Shipping charges are non refundable. If your order is incorrect or missing an item please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of package for correction. In the event of exchange at the customers request customer is responsible for the shipping charges (shipping the item to me and me shipping the exchanged item to you.)

ORDER PROCESSING
We ship orders 5 days a week (Monday thru Friday) order are shipped in time order please refer to our home page for current processing time. (We are closed weekends and holidays). Every effort will be made to process your order as soon as possible. Orders ship in the order they are received. Refunds will be issued for items that become unavailable.

*WE CURRENTLY SHIP INTERNATIONAL PARCEL'S ONCE A WEEK (SATURDAY)
International residents please be advised that sometimes it's not possible for the system to accurately estimate shipping charges if there are additional charges you will receive a secondary invoice. Anything over the calculated shipping you will be charged the difference of actual shipping. Ex ( actual shipping cost $22.99 you've already paid $15.99 you will be sent an invoice for $7 difference) Thank You for understanding.
